Position title: General Cleaner
Location: Nottingham (and surrounding areas)
Working hours: Minimum 14 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday, 4.30PM-7.00/7.30PM
Scope of role: potential for additional hours, holiday cover and increased responsibilities
Terms: permanent contract, subject to 6 months probationary period
Rate of pay: Real Living Wage (£12.60 per hour from 1st January)
We're looking for someone with previous commercial cleaning experience, who has high attention to detail and a positive work ethic. This person needs to be reliable and flexible, willing to learn and be good at working alongside others. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role and be willing to explore additional responsibilities in future.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Radiant Cleaners and Jubilee Events

Line manage Radiant Cleaners’ Operations Coordinator, working together to ensure that operational requirements are met
-
Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner and manage customer relationships

Schedule rotas and shifts, understanding the requirements of jobs and of team members

Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead people

Proven organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking

Ability to spot and solve problems in a proactive way

Comfortable with a digital working environment, with knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications quickly

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well with others, developing trusting relationships

Possesses a ‘can do’ attitude and approaches challenging situations in a positive and enthusiastic manner

Working schedule:
Monday-Friday, with working hours to be arranged depending on availability. Regular on-call availability in mornings and evenings, as part of the Operations Team. Saturday on-call availability on a three week rotation.
