Our Trustees
PHIL COLLINGE
Phil has a lifetime of experience in logistics and company management. He is the chair of trustees and is also a founding member of Grace Church.

GRAHAM BOWPITT
Dr Graham Bowpitt is a part time lecturer in Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent University. He has a particular interest in helping the homeless, and is also a trustee of a Nottingham homelessness charity.
JEREMY DYKES
Working as a management consultant specialising in services and manufacturing industries, Jeremy brings a wide range of experience which helps us develop new businesses and processes.
DUNCAN MILLER
Duncan is a trained architect, a trustee for a sailing charity and is widely involved in the Navigators and Reach Church in Nottingham. He is a great connector and helps us develop all our businesses.
SELINA LIEW
Selina has worked for the Citizens Advice Bureau for many years. She brings a depth of knowledge, experience and strategic insight to our employee support.

MATT PARFITT
Founder of Grace Enterprises, Matt gave up his career as a teacher to become an ethical employer. He has a vision for employing people in Nottingham through sustainable, compassionate businesses.
ANNIE HALEY
With the skills and experience of running a company prior to having children, Annie now oversees comms and marketing across Grace Enterprises.
CONNIE PRINGLE
Connie is the operations manager at Grace Enterprises. She loves people-orientated work and manages customer relationships for Radiant Cleaners and Jubilee Events.
SAM PARFITT
Sam oversees our employee support. A former GP with a heart for people, she has developed the Living Life Index which enables us to provide holistic support to our employees, ensuring work is making a positive difference.
ROGER DOXAT-PRATT
Roger heads up operations for Grace Enterprises, and is involved in managing the day to day running of Jubilee Events and Radiant Cleaners.
CRISTINA SOPER
Cristina has been with Grace Enterprises since the very beginning. Having previously worked for Radiant Cleaners she is now in charge of the office, and deals with all things administrative and financial.​
REBEKAH WILDING
Bekah oversees HR at Grace Enterprises, ensuring that our processes and systems enable us to provide supportive employment across our businesses.
